The Flight and Inflight Operations’ team is seeking a customer serviced oriented coordinator who will support the Vice President of Flight Operations/Director of Inflight Services. The coordinator will also be responsible for performing a wide variety of duties to assist the Flight Ops and Inflight teams with operational, administrative and personnel matters to ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, and overall success of Breeze.


Here’s What You’ll Do


  • Process invoices and expenses for Flight and Inflight Departments in their assigned bases
  • Track pilot and flight attendant delay code trends that have been identified and researched by the Chief Pilot Office
  • Create and maintain a Flight and Inflight Operations Project Tracker
  • Interact with all levels of management, business partners, and community leaders
  • Oversee and maintain the Ops Concerns Tracker to ensure pilot submitted Ops Concerns are actioned and closed in a timely manner by the corresponding owners
  • Coordinate Breeze Crew badging issuance, SIDA badging, replacement and/or expired badges, parking passes and similar
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Create and maintain a pilot/FA information package for each base to include expectations regarding parking, badging, where to report, phone numbers, etc.
  • Protect the integrity of confidential information for all matters
  • Assist Chief Pilot Office and Inflight Supervisors with Workday Base changes and updates
  • Manage invoices and supply ordering for all base stations and training center.
  • Compose correspondence and prepare presentations, reports, and other ad hoc projects
  • Work flexible hours and be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays to handle irregular operations and flight interruptions
  • Cross-utilized with the Flight and Inflight department
  • Facilitate concierge style support to Pilots as needed to ensure requests to other departments such as payroll and accounting are properly routed and handled
  • Protect the integrity of confidential information for all matters
  • Assist Flight Ops with tracking performance and attendance reporting and corrective action to Pilots assigned to their bases
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
Here’s what you need to be successful


Minimum Qualifications


  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be cross-utilized in the Flight and Inflight Services departments
  • Detail-oriented
  • 1+ years airline administration experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Technology-proficient, Data-driven
  • Exceptional communication skills and understanding of how to serve as a liaison with other departments


Preferred Qualifications


  • Knowledgeable of FAA, DOT and TSA regulations
  • Experience in the aviation industry
