PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Certification tests and parts approval for development parts

- Planning and conducting parts approval tests

- Conduct parts approval activities: Mass production verification and reflection of parts reliability test results.

- Securing completeness of warehousing quality through process inspection of suppliers in the development stage.

- Qualification and process audit for new suppliers

• Part incoming test, Reliability test, troubleshooting for parts quality issue

- Incoming inspection by lot: quality risk issue parts, safety parts

- Periodic reliability test : reliability quality risk issue parts

- Hazardous substances test: Phthalates, six major hazardous substances (bromide, Cr6+, etc.)

- Improvement of testing methods for quality issue parts, global horizontal development of improvement measures

- Quality trouble shooting history management

• Partner company management Activities

- Guidance/support of partner companies and quality diagnosis of partner companies

- Improvement of partner difficulties

Requirements

• Perform other tasks assigned
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task tasks
• Cognition and management of change
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Analyze test results and maintain accurate records, including completion of test results and nonconformity reports
• Ability to work all shifts and/or overtime as needed
• Ability to analyze quality issues and suggest/support directions for improvement of issues
• Attention to issues, listening skills, proactive action propensity
• Maintain a safe, clean and systematic work environment
• Mechanical or electrical/electronic majors
• Test planning and data analysis skills
• Ability to create and manage documents using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office intermediate level)

Preferred (not required)

• R&D or quality control work experience in manufacturing
• Electrical/electronic technology related certificates
• Quality related certificates
• Interaction and communication capabilities with Global Network/Human Resources
• Mechanical Technical Certificate
