Experience using MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Investigate customer/sales force complaints and assure complaints are investigated accurately and closed in a reasonable amount of time.

Monitor field installation of vendor work to ensure compliance with contract documents and quality assurance requirements are met.

Basic computer skills and user skills for web based business applicaitons

Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.

Exposure to industry codes, standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ASNT, ASTM). AWS and NDE certifications.

Fundamental knowledge of power system concepts

Ensure workplace safety and maintain environment to meet Six Sigma (6S) requirements.

Solid fundamental Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with peers and supervisors.

Experience in wafer outgoing inspection.

Perform quality related functions including operations, equipment, and support.

Execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plan (OCAP) for products with any nonconformity.

B.S. in Engineering/Chemistry/Biology/Technical or Science Discipline or equivalent combination of certification and work experience

Reviews procedural deviations for compliance to internal quality and external regulatory requirements

Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office, statistical software programs, operating systems, voice and email, etc.

Knowledge of quality systems and regulations for medical device industry

1-2 years of industry experience in medical device or equivalent s

Supports departmental activities in reducing product rejection, scrap and variances, and improving both the quality and business systems inefficiencies

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality role with Trane Technologies

Manage the rejection process for manufactured product and supplied components

2+ years’ experience in an assembly manufacturing environment, including blueprint reading and use of precision measuring tools.

Experience in investigation of root causes and driving implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal issues.

Experience using common problem-solving tools, preferably 9 Step, 8D, A3.

Ability to organize tasks and manage time to complete multiple assignments simultaneously.

Must possess a high degree of sensitivity and change management capabilities

Perform data entry and computations on defined quality forms

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and / or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
