Quality Engineer Jobs

Our client is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and experience working with customers and suppliers.

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate root cause of internal quality rejections and implement corrective actions
• Be a key resource in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and New Part Introduction (NPI) to the plant
• Assist in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions.
• Resolve quality concerns that could affect the manufacturing operations.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with quality policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or a technical degree is desirable. An advanced degree is a plus
• Substantial experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• A minimum of 5 yrs experience in a like manufacturing environment in Quality, Engineering or Production.
