Job Description

Intoxalock Remote Sales Associates work from home, earn uncapped commission and help people regain their driving privileges by guiding them through a complicated process and making it seem easy.

Intoxalock is the country’s largest ignition interlock provider. We assist customers who are required to install an ignition interlock device to regain their driving privileges after a drunk driving incident. We are the industry leader with over 30 years of ignition interlock expertise. We are headquartered in Iowa, but operate in all 50 states and have over 5,200 installation locations across the country, which is a strategic advantage in the marketplace. We have a diverse sales force of professionals working remotely from across the country.

Last year our products stopped 255,000 start-up attempts by drivers who were legally intoxicated. Our sales roles have uncapped earning potential, paid training and guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days. Strong performers earn $75K+ in their first year.

Start Date: 9/18/23

Hours: Monday-Friday, 1pm-9:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm Central Time, occasional Saturday or Sunday

The main focus of this role includes:

  • Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment
  • Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs
  • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
  • Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns
  • In-bound and out-bound calls to and from prospective customers who need our product
  • No cold calling

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • A 30 WPM minimum typing ability
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
  • Attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Comfort with using all Microsoft Office programs
  • Remote work experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs
  • 1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position
  • Must reside in the United States
