Organized And Experienced Family Assistant Needed In Denver - 4-Day Work Week

Location: N Downing Stree and Arapahoe St.

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Monday-Thursday, 12:30pm - 6:30pm with 30 hours guaranteed each week. The family does request full-day availability on about 8 days out of the year that their child’s school is closed, in addition to two later evenings a month and the occasional weekend day - these requests will be communicated to you far in advance.

About the Family:

• One 2.5-year-old child will be your charge in this role! She attends Montessori school full-time and will need school pickup at 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
• The family has multiple properties, and a Family Assistant who can take charge of juggling and handling vendors, in addition to furniture inventory, will be highly valued.
• Both Mom and Dad will work from home or in the office.
• Two cats are a part of the family and may need assistance with vet appointments.

About the Job:

• The Covid vaccination is not required for this role.
• The family would love if their Family Assistant were open to occasional international travel in the future.
• The family will provide a vehicle for all miles driven on the job.
• Duties will include overall care and safety of the child, school pickup, planning activities, family meal prep and errands, grocery shopping, scheduling and overseeing vendors, home organization and inventory, family calendar management, and family laundry.

The Ideal Candidate: will have prior, yet recent experience as a household manager and nanny (4+ years), be a true go-getter and be confident in their abilities. Family Assistants who are proactive with little direction needed, organized, and reliable will thrive in this role. Rate of Pay (Gross): $30-$35/hr based on experience and qualifications
