Engaging Nanny Manager Needed In Denver - Aba/Autism Experience Desired

Location: Wash Park, Denver

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Monday - Friday: 11:30am-6:30pm with 35 hours/week guaranteed. The family would love if their Nanny Manager would be flexible to move their shift to 1:30pm-8:30pm once each week for a date night, or a shift to morning coverage if their boys are home sick from school.

• This East Coast family is looking forward to planting roots in Denver! Both parents value kindness and helpfulness and want their nanny manager to truly feel like a partner in the family unit. They are not micromanagers, but look forward to ensuring the household is on the same page to help raise their boys as the best humans they can be!
• No pets live in this home.
• Both parents work from home.
• Two, school-aged children will be your charges in this role! The oldest is a soon-to-be 6-year-old who is educationally gifted - anything that involves science, puzzles, and staying engaged, he is all about! The youngest is 4 years old and loves anything and everything involving sensory play. He is on the autism spectrum, and a nanny who helps to foster his interests will be valued for years to come. Both boys are huggers - if you’re a nanny that is too, this is your home!

About the Job:

• Duties will include safe transportation in a reliable car to and from school and activities, children’s laundry, dinner prep, snacks and lunches packed daily, errands for the family, scheduling on the family calendar, and light tidying up around the house.
• Benefits will include mileage reimbursement, 2 weeks of PTO, standard federal holidays paid and off, overtime hours if needed, and guaranteed hours.
• Standard vaccinations including the Covid vaccination are required.

The Ideal Candidate: will be creative and experienced, with extensive experience preparing engaging activities and outings tailored to the needs of both children! Both children are curious in their own ways, so must be able to juggle both children’s different needs & personalities. This family is not in the business of micro-managing their nanny manager, and would be open to ideas that better the children & their home. Staying truly engaged with your charges is important to this family. While not required, they would love to see ABA certifications and/or experience with behavioral engagement on the spectrum on a resume.

Rate of Pay (Gross): $27-$33/hr
