Title: Management Consultant - Financial Operations

Summary:
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational. Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership. Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute implementation plan of the defined strategy while tracking progress, identifying issues, removing roadblocks, and escalating as necessary
- Lead the execution of various site-specific projects to exit from non-target markets and stand up presence in target markets
- Influence and lead working team members from various partner groups
- Develop/update target end state and transition strategy/roadmap
- Identify and resolve roadblocks and challenges related to the execution
- Establish strong partnership with and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders
- Assess execution risks and develop/execute mitigation measures
- Track progress and report status to senior management
Qualifications:
- Experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Strategic Initiative, or Banking Operations
- Leadership experience in a horizontal organization with the ability to drive changes across vertical organizations in a consistent and well-aligned manner
- Experience working within SharePoint (preferred)
- Knowledge of banking operations practices. (preferred)
- Strong track record of delivering tangible results
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Experience in conducting meetings, presentations and status reporting
- Management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- Experience in leading cross-organizational strategic initiatives, transformation initiatives, and/or change management initiatives at a large bank
- Hands on experience using Tableau. (preferred)
