Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience as an Implementation or Operations Manager for a Terminal or Chemical storage company
• Working knowledge of Operational Excellence / Integrity ManagementSystems (OEMS/OIMS), Project Management Fundamentals, and/or Lean Six Sigma would be a prefered skill.
• Bachelors in Engineering, preferred Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Enhances operational strategies, optimizing processes and resource management for terminal efficiency.
• Supports training, customer interactions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates safe operational transitions, updating documentation and procedures following changes.
• Analyzes operational data to identify improvements in logistics, processes, equipment, and resources.
• Provides backup support for day-to-day operations and undertakes assigned special projects.
• Coordinates with project and maintenance teams for seamless terminal infrastructure maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
• Manages operational documentation, records, and participates in digital transformation projects.
• Leads operational projects, overseeing scoping, design, implementation, and commissioning.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines through cross-functional engagement.
• Participates in risk assessments, audits, inspections, and collaborates on equipment checks and quality control.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors (required)
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Experience level: Experienced
