Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The AWS Architect must respond promptly and effectively. The job description generally includes:
  • Design, test and troubleshoot AWS Connect migration activities
  • Ability to work in Windows and Linux environments as tools require including administrative roles.
  • Actively involved in business development activities to help identify, propose and close AWS Connect transformation opportunities.
  • Architecting and building Contact Centre solutions, which can integrate smoothly into cloud and hybrid operating models
  • Possession of a thorough understanding of complex IT systems especially in Cloud (AWS Connect) technologies.
