Operations Construction Manager-Up To 150K

Seeking an experienced Operations ConstructionManager ASAP for a direct hire opportunity with a growing Masonry Contractor in Los Angeles, CA.

Pay rate is between $80,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience)

Looking for someone who has experience running and coordinating the operations of a business, including finances, job costing, bookkeeping, and process and procedure build-out. Also experience overseeing not only construction activities and hiring/training, but can also handle tasks like building company dashboards and daily reporting. We're looking for someone who can sit in meetings with different departments, including marketing and sales, and refine processes while analyzing CRM metrics. We're specifically seeking someone who has built out an estimating department, created processes and procedures, hired senior estimators, and tracked everything using process trackers. On the marketing side we need someone who can identify and coordinate marketing inefficiencies

Responsibilities for Operations ConstructionManager:

• Oversee daily operations and manage all aspects of the business, including project management, client relations, and financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with Matt to review performance data on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and work with the team to capitalize on them.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and support company growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications for Operations ConstructionManager:

• Proven experience in managing a construction company (ideally masonry or concrete)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to take charge and drive growth.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A track record of success in growing and improving business operations.
