Ability to take direction from ownership/management and assist in any special project

Lead weekly and monthly team meetings to discuss project timelines and address any difficulties or delays.

Ability to travel to assigned job sites when required.

Oversee daily operations and manage all aspects of the business, including project management, client relations, and financial performance.

Proven experience in managing a construction company (ideally masonry or concrete)

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to take charge and drive growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience in the field overseeing multiple projects, remediation, reporting, administration, office management

Licensed architect or engineer with 10-15 years of engineering, architecture or construction experience

Preferably consulting and building envelope experience, structural
