This essential role ensures that our customers have a positive onboarding experience. They are talented individuals that manage the onboarding of new customers, building strong relationships from the beginning to ensure success into the future. They make sure each onboarding milestone is met and that our customers leave the onboarding period feeling confident they made the right choice in partnering with us.


Primary Responsibilities Of This Position


  • Work directly with the onboarding team to ensure customer expectations are being met.
  • Work with respective Professional Services Manager to address any customer concerns or escalations.
  • Assist with training new Onboarding team members as well as updating documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Become a well-versed expert in all applicable solutions.
  • Own and manage concurrent on-boarding projects, starting from contract signature through hand-off to customer support.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending things like product/module additions, model changes or expanded usage. Teaching them to get more value out of the product(s).

Qualifications


  • Deep understanding of customers' needs regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
  • Solid communication, listening and writing skills.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • Capable of working with people of varied roles and abilities, including executive management.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing existing processes.
  • Excellent accountability, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, onboarding projects.
  • Team player with solid communication and presentation skills.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or customer success experience.
  • Possess outstanding customer facing skills, technical acumen, and Client-focused attitude.
  • Able to work independently with little direction when necessary.
  • Ability to establish milestones cross-functionally and keep all team members on task.
  • Ability to keep teams motivated and focused throughout the on-boarding process.
