Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a TEAM LEAD inMADISON, AL. Our client is a Our client is a tire and wheel distributor in the Madison area.
TheTEAM LEADis responsible supervise, coordinate, instruct, and manage groups in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities Of ATEAM LEADincludes

• Managing, coordinating, supervising, and training groups.
• Providing clear written and verbal instructions to group members and promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Planning daily activities and delegating tasks
• Educating and training new group members as well as support staff.

Job Requirements Of ATEAM LEAD

• Great Leadership and organizational skills
• Prior experience managing groups is preferable
