Team Lead Details


  • Working on the floor to provide support and quick response for problems questions, suggestions, training needs, and providing catch-up and fill-in to help operators maintain takt.
  • Full Time work available
  • Will typically not spend full shift running production.
  • $ 26.00 to $ 27.00 / hour
  • Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )
  • Direct Hire position
  • Maintaining and improving standardized work (to maintain flow at takt time).


Team Lead Qualifications


  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Consistent, reliable work history
  • Able and willing to interview directly with the company
  • Manufacturing experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • Supervisory experience (minimum of 6 months)
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
