Pay rate - $32/hr to $34/hr on W2
Join Our clients Team as an Onboarding Specialist
You would be responsible for managing and tracking the onboarding of clients contingent labor worldwide. We are currently seeking an Identity Management Specialist to join our team and assist in creating identity records for contingent workers while troubleshooting and resolving any onboarding issues that may arise.
Specific Job Functions:
As an Onboarding Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Supplier/Internal Sponsor Communication: Manage communication with external suppliers and internal sponsors via phone and email to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Review and Process Requests: Review sponsor submissions, individual and batch requests, and process supplier onboarding form submissions to create identity records in our central onboarding tool (Contingent Worker Management - CWM).
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and quality by working with suppliers and sponsors to resolve any issues or discrepancies in individual identity records. Request re-submission of corrected records and enforce proper data establishment protocols.
- Database Management: Maintain the central onboarding database for non-employees globally, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Confirmation and Coordination: Communicate standard confirmations to suppliers and sponsors regarding the creation of Supplier IDs (SIDs) and provisioning rules. Coordinate with Global Workforce Screening to mitigate risk related to contingent worker access by enforcing appropriate controls.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the onboarding process, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Audit Trail and Compliance: Ensure that all business and regulatory requirements are met by maintaining an appropriate audit trail of onboarding activities.
- Re-entry Validations: Process re-entry validations for returning employees, ensuring a smooth transition back into the organization.
- Queue Management: Manage the RSAM and Request Center queue efficiently to prioritize and address tasks in a timely manner.
- Exception Handling: Handle highly unique situations that may require additional attention and specialized handling.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel: Intermediate understanding of Excel to handle data analysis and manipulation effectively.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Independence and Self-Direction: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with global team members in a virtual team environment.
- Facilitation and Presentation Skills: Strong facilitation and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new systems and multitask between multiple platforms.
- Business Applications: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to other applicable toolsets.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- Customer Service: Solid customer service skills and the ability to handle and resolve contingent worker data-related issues.
- Attention to Detail: Pays close attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality reports and materials.
- Working Knowledge of Beeline: Familiarity with Beeline is preferred.
