Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting newly hired candidates from the “cleared to start” stage through the 90-day check point in an effort to improve the team member experience as well as increase first year retention. This position will create and execute processes and practices that support the successful assimilation of all new hires, including management and facilitation of new team member orientation. Regularly interfacing with relevant HR functions (i.e. operations, recruitment, employee health, learning & development, etc.), newly hired team members, hiring managers, and executives is required. This position will also track and report appropriate performance metrics as well as monitor and troubleshoot barriers for new hire success.




Manage and facilitate new team member preboarding, orientation, and onboarding including implementation and management of tools, technology, and practices that enhance experience and efficiency.

Create, implement, and continuously monitor new hire experience programming, including establishing key milestones for new hires, building/implementing support materials/content, managing and auditing 90-day check in practice, etc.

Communicate with newly hired employee, manager, and other stakeholders regarding status of new hire and new hire process deliverables.

Partner with stakeholders across the network to facilitate seamless transition from network-wide orientation to functional and departmental orientation phases of onboarding.


EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required. HR related field preferred.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3+ years in related HR role required. Prefer prior experience with new employee onboarding.
