Job Description

EV Connect is seeking an Onboarding Lead to join our Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate is a customer centric individual with experience onboarding and supporting customers in the e-mobility space. EV Connect is succeeding at an extraordinary rate and we now need the right Onboarding Lead to help us scale further.


Responsibilities:

  • Create upsell opportunities at the point of onboarding customers.
  • Maintain/review reporting necessary to determine how to execute the most efficient onboarding with the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Customer Success Team with any applicable renewal/growth opportunities.
  • Guide customers through a 1on1 experience to set them up for success with their new EV Connect software portal.
  • Complete all administrative requirements to successfully onboard the customer.
  • Continuous development and improvement of onboarding content to match the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Execute all onboarding activities for EV Connect site hosts.
  • Meet/exceed all SLA requirements specific to contacting and onboarding all customers within the required timeframe.


Experience:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to run multiple customer-facing meetings back to back.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, HubSpot, NetSuite, Microsoft teams
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience in the E-Mobility space
