We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary And Qualifications


As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be a member of the HR Service Center team. You will be responsible for providing customer service and support through management of the Daily Lifecycle report. You will perform administrative and transactional activities in support of these functions, including but not limited following up on new hire paperwork to ensure the candidate meets their planned start date.


What You Will Do In This Role


  • Partners with facilities to ensure candidates are meeting Employee Health Requirements
  • Work the daily onboarding report to ensure candidates are being managed through the onboarding process timely
  • Manages remote I-9 process
  • Coordinates changes of start date with HR Operations Center and HR Business Partner
  • Follows up on missing paperwork
  • Perform required tasks in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)


What You Will Need For This Role


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant work required
  • Significant and direct experience in a customer service center environment may be considered in lieu of college degree requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree required
