Requirements


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to coordinate birthday cake orders.
  • Regularly stock breakrooms and office supply cabinets, keeping inventory well-maintained and promptly ordering replenishments.
  • Arrange and oversee team-building events, ensuring proper supplies and coordination with the Grow Happiness Committee.
  • Warmly greet employees and visitors at the front desk.
  • Monitor printer ink supplies throughout the office, reordering only when supplies are critically low.
  • Facilitate and contribute to team-building activities, strategic meetings, Servbank Store operations, and birthday celebrations.
  • Provide support for other Office Manager functions as required.
  • Prepare and maintain the strategic meeting room, including seating arrangements, supply orders, and catering arrangements.
  • Fulfill supply requests for various departments, seeking managerial approval for specific orders when necessary.
  • Organize and manage the Servbank Store, processing orders efficiently within a two-week timeframe.


Mailroom Assistant


  • Responsible for managing Mail Request submissions and the LM email inbox.
  • Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager as needed to address facility-related issues.
  • Receive training to serve as a backup resource in the Mail Room during staff shortages or high-volume periods.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in various tasks and learn to fill in as a backup in their absence.
