Pocono Ranch Lands Property Owners Association is a Four Seasons Community offering horseback riding, hiking trails, playgrounds, ball fields and outdoor swimming pools so our residents and their guests can enjoy the best of each season right outside their doors. The Community is located in Bushkill, Lehman Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania convenient to State Route 209 and Interstates 80, 81 and 84. We are currently looking for a Office Assistant to assist the Management Team with day to day duties which include:

Provide the utmost professional, courteous, and respectful service for the following:
- Customer service to vendors and contractors
- Community relations service to PRL Property Owners and Guests
- Support to Community Manager, other PRL Employees, and Board Members
Essential Functions:
- Keep inventory of any supplies needed for all departments and prepare orders for approval.
- Greet Administration Office guests.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. When necessary, take and deliver messages for the Community Manager and any other employee, if needed.
- Oversee the event calendar, including preparing documents and processing facility rentals and assisting office and Community Manager with communications via all available channels, i.e.: Facebook, email, website.
- Open mail and distribute it to appropriate departments.
- Provide additional support as requested by Managers, Staff, Board Members,
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Prepare any correspondence for the Administration Office as directed by the Community Manager.
- Receive payments from Property Owners making payment at the Administration Office and provide proper receipt to Property Owner. Forward all payments accordingly to Taylor Management Depts.
- Answer gate calls and monitor cameras for the community.
- Accept incoming deliveries and advise appropriate department of delivery.
- Provide customer service to Property Owners by answering questions or directing their questions to the appropriate manager.
- Collect mail from Section 1 PRL mailbox and deliver it to the Administration Office.
