Job Description

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From communicating with managers, interfacing with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with construction and architectural managers in support of design and construction projects.
  • Familiar with bidding, project tracking, follow up, and project budgets.
  • QuickBooks project invoicing.
  • Interact with subcontractors, clients, IT, and office support as needed.
  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Support marketing efforts.


Qualifications

  • Familiar with construction and architectural office procedures and practice.
  • Experience with Quick Books.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
