Ryerson has an opportunity for an Administrator position. As an Administrator you are responsible for day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filling paperwork, handling mail, and managing meetings.

Roles And Responsibilities


  • Run and distribute daily sales & on-time delivery reports
  • Run Monthly Sarbane's Oxley (SOX) Reports and Audits
  • Creating, submitting, and receiving PO's in Ariba and ensure invoices reconcile for payment processing
  • Ordering office, operations, and safety supplies
  • Handle Petty Cash - Monthly Reconciliations and process for reimbursement of funds
  • Handle all Incoming/Outgoing Mail, UPS & FedEx Shipments
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
  • Schedule luncheons for customer visits, meetings, training, etc.


Position Requirements


  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
  • High School or GED Diploma
  • Detailed orientated and organized
  • 1-3 years experience in office administration preferred
  • SAP Experience preferred
