Job Description

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist office manager in writing standard operating procedures
  • Schedule 1st time appointments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and discuss with leads or clients options for resolutions to their pest or wildlife issues
  • Discuss and review with clients inspection quotes


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
