IEP Therapy is looking for an Office Administrator (OA).
The OA ensures smooth operation of our sales, recruitment, and therapy departments.
The OA plays a critical role in regards to ensuring great new hires, invoicing accounts payable to all our school partners for services performed, assisting in payroll, and being a lead contact for answering human resource questions.
The position is in the award-winning city of Carmel, IN.
Full Time Position
$30,000-$45,000 per year Office Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Create invoices to customers bimonthly Pre-screen and send resumes to recruiters Complete reference checks, background checks for prospective employees Administer new hire HR paperwork, background checks, and health insurance Organize employee files Light bookkeeping – organizing and matching receipts to Quickbooks, monthly reconciliation Oversee Payroll Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed Organize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as needed for meetings Assist with travel arrangements for office staff and managers Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support Provide information over pay, benefits, and other human resource questions Office Administrator Requirements and Qualifications
Answer phone calls and respond to emails Collect and organize employee time sheets for billing Keep track of employees’ PTO, supply allowance used, etc.
Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Prior experience in an office administrative role a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and calendaring programs Highly-organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Excellent communication and organizational skills Why work for IEP Therapy: Great small business atmosphere – be part of a company that cares about you!
