Under general supervision, is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily call center operations in an office setting. Respond to inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide a one-contact resolution while providing a best-in-class experience. Resolve routine and fundamental problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyze call center needs and resolve the needs with an understanding of process and collaboration with fellow departments. A customer relationship application or database may be used to record activities and research product information.

Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires repetitive typing motion, talking, hearing, grasping and feeling.

Primary Responsibilities
- Problem-solve issues and collaborating with the correct department to resolve the issue.
- Creating daily bank deposits, rental ledger posting of payments, and check scanning.
- Closing/Moving out customer accounts.
- Welcoming visitors to our office requiring the use of considerable tact, diplomacy, and courtesy.
- Operates a variety of office computer applications to meet varying levels of complexity and output requirements.
- Process and follow up on customer bankruptcies, credit card chargebacks, and declines.
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as opening/sorting mail, document scanning, and file upload into CRM database.
- Excellent customer experience and soft skills (empathy, acknowledgment, and de-escalation)
- Copes well with changing situations
- Analyze situations and problems
- Basic computer skills such as word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Verbal and communication skills
- Manage multiple tasks and utilize various systems
- Organize and plan work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience 1+ years preferred
