This is a work from home position and can be located anywhere in the United States.

The Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) OEM Team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to help bring specific Lenovo products and solutions to market for our OEM Customer base.

This person will work directly with internal Lenovo product development, marketing, operations, and finance team members, as well as third party option suppliers, and Procurement, to bring create and bring to market offerings for OEMs in numerous industries. Lenovo-branded or customized Servers, Storage, and Edge products, as well as accessories, will be the primary areas of focus.

On top of the product related tasks, the person will be helping the setup of new tools, capabilities, and processes in support of the ISG OEM business. This will include working with IT staff, interacting with field sales and technical sales architects.

He or she must have proven product management success in working with multi-national, cross-functional teams, in communicating clear objectives, and keeping projects and team members on task.

He or she will be responsible coordinating regular team meetings, communicating updates and meeting outcomes, and participating in the development of marketing collateral and sales training material. Once the product has been launched, he or she will help play a vital role in representing the product to sales organizations, customers, and at industry events.

The successful candidate should have a strong technical understanding of Datacenter Products and product offering processes and the associated operational processes within all parts of the supply chain and GEO enablement functions. This person must be a strong leader with good project management skills and the instincts to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems. This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to clearly articulate and drive business results, and work directly with suppliers, customers, and Lenovo team members to manage the business accordingly.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in business and/or supply chain discipline
• High degree of creativity in finding new ways to execute and improve effectiveness
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or related field
• Exemplary leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, requiring proactivity, ability to deal with ambiguity, and teaming/collaboration
• Keen understanding of country/region complexities for global implementations
• Ability to build new organizational capability and lead cross functional technical team
• Strong program management discipline. PMP certification preferred

The base salary range for this position in California, Colorado, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Washington, is $90,000 - $120,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
