Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a specific focus on Electric Vehicle components and OEMs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings and value-add for the organization.

In-depth knowledge of EV component technologies, suppliers, and market trends.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in RFQ management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in using RFQ tools, supplier databases, and supply chain management systems.

Identify and evaluate potential OEM suppliers based on quality, cost, capacity, and adherence to legal requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define RFQ requirements, project timelines, and cost targets.

Acquire necessary understanding of special offering processes and capabilities allowing to transfer this knowledge to local and other central team members

At least 7 years of program/project management experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or related field

Define the Program requirements and establish a Project Plan for implementation

Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align on roles & responsibilities

Engage with customers to validate and refine solution requirements

5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of account management experience

Manage the upper Midwest territory

Experience selling to Medical OEM accounts is required

Knowledge of Midwest customer base is highly desired

Ability to manage the full sales cycle and be the point of contact for customers

At least 5 years of experience in product management or related field

Strong program management discipline. PMP certification preferred
