Ocm Director Jobs

IDR is seeking a OCM Director to join one of our top clients for a fully remote 6 month contract to hire opportunity. This position will require quarterly travel to Chicago or the LA office for OCM team meetings (3-5 days at a time) which will be reimbursed. If you meet the below requirements, please apply today!

Responsibilities of the OCM Director:

• Design and monitor stakeholder engagement plan through stakeholder assessments
• Develop the OCM strategy and approach
• Build detailed OCM work plan for communications, training, organization activities working closely with Program Management Office Communications and Training Lead
• Guide OCM team on managing and executing these strategies / approaches
• Monitor and report regularly on change efforts and progress via common project management activities such as status reporting
• Oversee the team and all associated work relative to communications, training and OCM related activities
• Leveraging inputs from the Functional team, Technical team, and other key stakeholders

Qualifications of the OCM Director:

• Working within a financial sector organization nice to have as well
• Experience facilitating change management of some kind of financial ERP system implementation / upgrade
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials system experience preferred but NTH (No SAP too niche, either Oracle or a more "Agnostic" Financial system experience)
• 10-15 years organizational change management experience with a professional services / consulting background (Director / Executive Level Resource)
• Higher Education or Public Sector experience (strongly preferred) needs to be "politically savy" enough to understand how politics affect the world of higher education in a state like CA
