Job Description

**On-site in Virgina/DC**


Spencer Ogden is currently partnered with an impressive company investing in land related solar developments.


The ideal candidate will support the CFO on the real estate financing and M&A activities for solar and storage assets as the Finance Director.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a high volume of financial transactions simultaneously with a focus on detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a project finance or M&A, with demonstrated experience progressing in the role.
  • Renewable energy experience required, with substantial experience in either distributed generation or utility-scale solar.
  • Expert level of proficiency with Excel and high proficiency with Office 365 (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
