What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil's Medicine and Occupational Health (MOH) Department is a multi-disciplinary team providing the full suite of occupational health services to the ExxonMobil organization. This role is supporting our clinic based located at our corporate office and future headquarters. This ExxonMobil position is located Spring, Texas. ExxonMobil is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse.

What you will do

• Communicate as necessary with management and business line representatives regarding occupational health issues
• Provide emergency treatment for injury and illness as needed
• Provide support in management of work related injuries and illnesses including consideration of OSHA recordkeeping requirements
• Provide and document services within the professional scope and standards of license specific to health care of employees
• Participate in necessary administrative duties related to the provision of occupational health services, including appointment scheduling, maintenance of medical records, ordering of supplies / medications and equipment management
• Perform medical surveillance and routine fitness for duty evaluations as required by Corporate MOH evaluation protocols and / or regulatory requirements
• Conduct clinical assessments to assist / determine fitness for duty (must understand relationship between work functions and medical conditions which guide decision making)
• Provide disability case management for personal and work related injury and illness

About you

We are looking for someone who has a strong clinical background and has the following qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas required
• Attention to details, proactiveness and Teamwork
• Ability to effectively work with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Advance English level

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated work experience in travel medicine and / or disability case management
• Demonstrated work experience in occupational health
• Strong analytical and communication skills
