We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive responsible for new business development in our SaaS business. You will be the 1st fully dedicated sales person in the N.America territory; the fastest growing region in our business. This is the opportunity to get in at the ground level with a SaaS company growing >100% YoY.
In this role you will qualify inbound & outbound prospects, run discovery sessions to create business cases & ROI for our customers, demonstrate the key areas of our software (with pre sales support) and close new and existing business in our target markets.

About you
You are someone who has already experienced a fast paced SaaS environment and meets most of the requirements below:
- Able to discover, qualify, negotiate and close alone & as part of a team
- Lives & breathes their KPI's
- Outbound sales experience
- Hungry, smart and humble
- Sold a solution vs a niche application. We typically replace 3-5 current customer apps per deal. This requires solution thinking
- A solid grasp of discovering pain and attributing ROI

- Create quotes
- Nurture prospects
- Qualifying MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads)
- Prospecting (New lead generation)
- Demo the product
- Close business
Your Experience
- MEDDICC trained is preferred but not essential (We can provide training)
- Leisure industry SaaS experience in particular is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrable track record and experience of over achieving on target.
- Solution sales experience.
- 2-4 years of experience of business to business SaaS sales experience.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate software and present software to customers/prospects.
