Job Description
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Position Type: Contract
Position Term: 12 Months
Remote: Must be onsite one week for training then 100% remote
The candidate will work on a re-write, must have experience rewriting old .NET application into a new/upgraded version. Must have strong Entity Framework , must have experience upgrading to a higher C# language or a new version of .NET. Object Related Mappings is needed (ORM), NHibernate would be a plus.
Skills
8 – 10 years of software development experience with a heavy focus on web development using ASP.Net and C#
Strong Entity Framework.
5+ years of working experience with .NET (2.0-4.6) Framework in an enterprise environment
Object Related Mappings is needed (ORM)
Strong in OOAD
Strong knowledge of ASP.Net architecture and multi-tier architecture
Strong understanding of Webservices, HTML/CSS and related technologies (XML, JavaScript ,SSL, multithreading, other frameworks)
Experience in ORM tools like NHibernate – a plus
Strong experience with TFS
