Our Client is seeking a Technical Architect with experience in implementing & supporting the Zuora Billing Solutions. The position will primarily be responsible to manage, support the client Zuora implementation programs, provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture, oversee the progress of programs.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manage coding and design, coordinating new releases, Provide technical expertise on the Zuora platform and integration technologies
• Present Architecture deliverables such as ecosystem and Integration diagrams, ERD, Business Process Flows, Swim lanes, Visio and Mock-ups
• Design and validate that the proposed solution architecture supports the business requirements
• Maintain product knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes
• Articulate and present different point of views on various technologies
• Identify areas of complexity when gathering requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Monitor and manage application and back-end batch processes to ensure application uptime requirements and SLA compliance
• Prioritize based on severity and customer impact
• Handle sensitive escalation issues and conflicting/competing priorities
• Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards, guidelines and leverages best practices
• Analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a prompt manner to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
