Base Pay Range
$66,597.00 - $99,895.00
Job Summary
As an integral member of Vroom’s Internal sales team, our National Sales Trainer is responsible for delivering world-class virtual (and sometimes in-person) sales training that enables and engages new and existing sales members to deliver a high level of customer engagement while helping them “Get In” their ride. The National Sales Trainer will also assist in the development and evolution of training content for Sales new hires as well as existing team members.
  • Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales training delivered
  • Leverage Salesforce.com CRM infrastructure and other tools for delivering formal and informal/social learning
  • Facilitate the successful execution and delivery of virtual and self-paced on-boarding and result-driven continuous learning
  • Training and communication experience that is in line with Vroom branding
  • Successfully deliver sales training and enablement programs to ensure internal sales is equipped with content, resources, and tools to effectively help our customers find and purchase their vehicle as well as additional products
  • Onboard and support the development of our sales team to focus on engagement in relationships with potential customers while uncovering their needs
  • Identify training and development needs of the sales team
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Financing SMEs and Learning & Development to identify, develop, and execute core sales training and enablement curriculum
  • Deliver consistent an engaging sales training
