Job Description
Position Overview


dormakaba is seeking a National Account Manager to join our workforce management Sales team. This position is responsible for selling Time and Labor reporting solutions direct to large Enterprise end-users as well as managing existing accounts.


  • This will be a remote role **
  • Position can be based in any Western U.S. city**


HIRING SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) **Plus a Generous Sales Incentive Compensation** This position includes a competitive benefits package. Primary Duties


  • Meets or exceeds sales quota
  • Educate prospective customers on dormakaba solutions for collecting employee time and labor data using validated integrations to leading ERP/HCM systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage opportunities associated with assigned accounts
  • Attends industry specific trade events as requested/scheduled
  • Pursue new accounts via sales leads, partner referrals, RFPs, etc.


Requirements


  • Successful sales track record
  • 2 or 4 year degree preferred
  • 5+ years minimum experience selling ERP/HCM/HRIS/Time Tracking/Payroll or related solutions
