Summary
Create Music Group is looking for a passionate, organized, team oriented intern to join our Hip Hop Digital Rights Department and assist the team in daily tasks while learning the ropes of contemporary digital royalties collection. As a multi-channel network (MCN), we monetize billions of monthly streams for a variety of mainstream and underground artists and influencers including Lil Durk, Playboi Carti, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Future, Adin Ross, and many more.
Responsibilities

• Day-to-day office tasks and administrative work as needed.
• Gathering YouTube data and creating analytics on potential signees.
• Providing the digital rights team with extensive YouTube research and identifying monetization opportunities.
• A&R Research - Discovering new artists and creators using both personal research and software.

Qualifications

• Familiar with and passionate about hip hop music, culture, and content.
• Well-versed in internet culture/social media platforms and enjoys consuming/studying YouTube and TikTok content.
• Team player with great communication skills, and the ability to manage time wisely and stay laser-focused between tasks.
• Must have a laptop, headphones, and mode of transportation and be proficient with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
• Driven towards a career in the music/entertainment industry, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant internship or work experience.
