Job Description
Our Auto Finance Company client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Mid/Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B) to join our team! As a member of our Support team, you'll work in a flexible and autonomous environment with a diverse group of professionals. REMOTE role with 10-15% travel to HQ
Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $118,000.00 + an annual bonus plan + quarterly profit sharing
This position is not currently open to individuals who require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, such as H-1b/ H-4 or F-1 OPT visa holders.
Main points of this newly created position:
• Digital marketer focused on digital journey; social (organic and paid), podcast, multi-media content.
• Experience with LinkedIn and Facebook
• Marketing Automation Systems; Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc.
• LinkedIn (strong preference) and Facebook
• SEO and Google Analytics
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across various digital marketing channels, such as website marketing, digital advertising, social media, and multi-media content marketing to drive demand
• Continuously strategize and optimize paid digital channels, including search, display, social, SEM and SEO, based on data and learnings to meet defined outcomes
• Measure and report digital marketing campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and competitor marketing movements
• Provide strategic direction on the corporate website to align with marketing campaigns, drive traffic, enhance user experience, and develop keyword and campaign strategy and testing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to develop new and creative growth strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans, and strategies
• Develop learning agendas and test plans to optimize creatives based on audience insights and in-market performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of B2B or B2C digital marketing experience in a marketing organization of at least 20 (client-side or agency)
• 2+ years writing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams
• Ability to set measurable objectives and key performance indicators based on business needs
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience developing marketing materials, including but not limited to website, Google Ads, sales support materials, HTML, emails, landing pages, presentations, print ads, etc.
• Experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc., creating HTML emails and landing pages
• Experience designing websites and/or working in CMS website platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!®, etc., and/or portal platforms such as Liferay
• Experience with SEO and Google Analytics
Preferred:
• 2+ years working with marketing technology platforms and tools
• 2+ years of experience in an agile operating model
• 2+ years of marketing experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
Knowledge and Skills:
• Fluent in business economics to understand where marketing creates leverage to drive growth
• Can synthesize insights to identify new recommendations to improve marketing and business results
• Experience developing an efficient and effective end-to-end funnel journey
• Fluent in MarTech with a clear understanding of what capabilities can enable growth
• Confident with interpreting analysis and structuring analytical requests
• Hypothesis-led and data-driven in all marketing intent
• Highly effective communicator who makes complex ideas easy to understand
• Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment
• Operates with a growth mindset, displaying a strong aptitude for expanding their skillset
