Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketing, Redken Styling
Division: Professional Products

What You Will Do
Contribute to the development of Redken Styling and Redken Brews category strategies, with a sensitivity to the professional and consumer shopper, while fully owning select marketing projects and channels. Interact effectively with cross-functional departments to support marketing objectives, such as: finance, sales, supply chain, education, integrated-marketing communications, creative, global marketing and senior management team. Analyze business results and identify key insights in order to recommend opportunities for optimizing plans and their execution. Play a part in innovation by contributing to research, suggesting ideas and developing/executing concepts and local animations.
Required Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
  • 2-3 years brand management experience, preferably with beauty industry-related experience.
  • Preferred, but not required: marketing experience in hair/styling category
  • Computer literacy in Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and forecasting experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Ability to travel domestically periodically (max. 25%).
Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Follow up on campaigns, launches and sales results to provide Senior Management team with regular quantitative and qualitative reporting/presentations.
  • Conduct marketing research across all touchpoints (salons, stylists, distributors, industry reports, customers, social platforms etc.) to understand and pull-out key market insights, trends and competitive activities to inform marketing plans.
  • Execution and development of clear brand building plans in line with the objectives of the division including: 360 marketing plans, new product launches, promotions/animations and communication strategy.
  • Manage forecasts, marketing budget, inventory for customers, promotional activities and product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external sales, distributors and management teams.
  • Own strategy, planning & execution in national account channels, including: merchandising planograms, launches/discontinuations and marketing animations for total Redken retail business in partnership with Key Account Directors.

Salary Range: $81,300-$113,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
