Job Description
Job Summary:
THE ROLE
The Exos Member Growth & Engagement team is seeking a hands-on Member Growth Marketing Manager to drive new member acquisition for our digital products. This role will be responsible for B2C growth marketing initiatives and strategy, supporting Exos clients and site leads via content and campaigns resulting in new members. This is a remote position, reporting into the Head of Member Growth & Engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and own a multi-channel integrated marketing strategy to drive member acquisition.
    • Develop, own, test and update ready-to-use playbooks for both Exos clients and site leads, including multiple versions set to optimize conversions across all clients. (This will include both launch campaigns and quarterly themed campaigns).
  • Develop attribution strategy - specifically, better tracking of where our eligible members are coming from (create unique links/QR code per channel and client)
  • Own Iterable acquisition project (project within Iterable that will have eligibility file client emails, allowing us to email directly). Create, test, track, and report on email campaigns to this population.
  • Build repeatable, metrics-driven processes around customer acquisition.
  • Interview both potential and existing members to create a data-driven value proposition. Have a deep understanding of who the target audience is, personas, and what messaging will get them into our program.
  • Drive sophisticated email marketing and, where appropriate, direct mailer and digital campaigns.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning to be tested and used across all campaigns
  • Test new channels to drive user acquisition, such as social media targeting, paid ads, out-of home, retargeting and more, based on budget limitations.
  • Build a communication calendar that includes all acquisition campaigns across all clients
  • Meet with key client liaisons/ site leads on an ongoing basis to understand how we can increase acquisition within their accounts
  • Develop, own, test and update ready-to-use playbooks for both Exos clients and site leads, including multiple versions set to optimize conversions across all clients. (This will include both launch campaigns and quarterly themed campaigns).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven success creatively conceiving new ways to reach members
  • The ability to learn quickly and incorporate feedback: you are an energetic, humble, and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and toolkits for client audiences
  • Success crafting compelling messaging and positioning to drive acquisition - you should love writing content!
  • A personal interest in health, wellness and/or the sports and fitness industry is a plus!
  • 3+ years of growth marketing/digital acquisition experience at a high-growth B2B2C or B2C brand
