Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial operator who loves using cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to attract and support new customers.

The Impact You Can Make

As a Digital Growth Marketing Lead you will develop and implement local strategies that increase the visibility of PipeDreams businesses. You’ll build and measure digital campaigns and run experiments that intersect a variety of marketing channels like PPC, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, YouTube, and other demand gen. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and have the chance to advance your career through hands-on experience and meaningful ownership in PipeDreams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with colleagues to scale PipeDreams’ marketing platform
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth for PipeDreams' businesses
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Build and optimize experiments across digital channels like PPC, LSA, Google Business Profile, Yelp, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Team-orientation and an eagerness to help others when needed
  • Experience building and measuring marketing campaigns from scratch
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness for hands-on execution
  • 5+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing, digital advertising, SEM, data analytics or related field
