Overview

The Role

We are looking for leading edge marketer seeking to make a direct impact in helping Qventus grow. You’ll work hand in hand with business development and sales teams to validate and scale your strategies. Your goal is to find success in creating real sales opportunities and your work will contribute directly to Qventus’ growth trajectory. The best part: you’ll have the resources, the organizational support, and the product offering to make it happen. You will report to the Head of Marketing with a highly collaborative group of 5-7 other marketing professionals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute digital strategic marketing plans in order to drive growth.
  • Maintain marketing tech stack (website, social, sales enablement, etc)
  • Maintain, optimize, and track all lead generation.
  • Manage 3rd party vendors (video, graphic design, website maintenance, etc)
  • Create and maintain digital selling tools
  • Lead optimization efforts ensuring integration and alignment between Marketing & Sales systems, processes, and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to partner with Commercial Operations, Inside sales, and sales teams to track leads from marketing through sales.
  • Experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Expertise in leveraging Pardot (or similar system Hubspot, Marketo) to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Experience creating dashboards, identifying trends, and managing budget across in-person and digital lead channels. Ability to showcase how they leverage digital tools, evaluate mediums, track performance, and pivot.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to identify customer or sales problems and then develop internal and external tools to drive leads and improve buying experience. Past experience leverage Seismic, Highspot, or similar tool
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Salary Range: $97,000 to $145,000 annually + equity + benefits- Qventus expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare or exceptional circumstances where a candidate's experience, credentials, or expertise far exceed those required or expected will we consider and offer at the top of the salary range.
