A marketing leader with a thorough understanding of all aspects of marketing in addition to excellent technical, strategic thinking and planning, communication, creative, analytical and organizational skills.

• You have a background in B2C product (or SaaS) marketing, with a track record of significant company growth year over year
• You are a smart, fast learner, creative and proactive, with a focus on team execution
• You consistently meet deadlines while working independently, managing concurrent projects in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
• You anticipate issues and are a strong problem solver
• You are positive, driven, responsive, and are constantly looking for ways to optimize and create solutions

Here’s what you will do as our Marketing Director:

You will develop and grow our rapidly growing travel product focusing on destination weddings.

• Build and promote an analytically focused culture and utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic and tactical decisions: you are analytical, data driven, and attribution obsessed
• Be accountable for team and project outcomes
• Develop the creative, brand, content, communications, and distribution strategy for our destination wedding platform
• Confidently run strategy for the team and are capable of jumping to do the work yourself as needed
• Live in data with extensive experience in GA4, BigQuery, GTM, GDS (GLS)
• Build and manage a team of 2-3 direct reports and up to 3-5 external resources (contractors, agencies, resources)

Requirements:

What experience you must have:

• 5+ years of experience with Google Marketing Stack (Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics Google Looker studio and Google Big Query)
• A/B: Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc
• 10+ years of experience in a senior management role in B2C digital product marketing, SaaS, or online-based service companies
• UX / UI optimization / CRO
• Strong strategic B2C product focus with a clear understanding of digital marketing
• Proven track record of growing a company from 10m to 50m+
