Genex is looking for a Medical Scheduler who can provide customer service support to our providers and clients. This position will be onsite at our Tampa, Florida office. (Bilingual preferred) $18 hour

Here is what you will get to do: Scheduling and rescheduling of medical appointments both verbal and written daily communication to providers, clients, and attorneys.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: high school or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience: (Bilingual Spanish and English preferred)1 year of customer service

Desired Skills and Experience: Customer Service, retail, doctors’ office, or any scheduler background
