We are currently seeking full-time, passionate person to help us guide customers to achieve their travel package goals. A successful candidate will understand the needs of our customers and work closely with them to create personalized itineraries.

Requirements And Skills

• Provide any and all relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events) to clients.
• Describe trips to clients and give details on any documents required, such as passports or visas.
• Follow up with clients about their plans and make adjustments as needed, including coordinating with the client’s point of contact as the event approaches.
• Make alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
• Offer Advice to clients destinations
• Research fare and schedule information.

Qualifications

• Competent with all aspects of reservations transactions.
• Handle multiple accounts.
• Attention to detail/conscientiousness/flexible.
• Interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
• Willingness to learn new functions and to enhance existing skills.
• Problem solving and initiative.
• Overall industry knowledge and experience.
• Patience and flexibility
