Job Description
The Sales Executive provides overall management of client relationships and is responsible for generating sales through communicating and demonstrating the organization’s commitment to patient care excellence. Responsible for standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, ensuing policies and procedures within each office are carried out in an ethical and consist manner while providing excellence in building and maintaining client relationship. Responsible for identifying and targeting new business leads and growing existing accounts
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the DFWP programs to establish new business.
  • Responsible for the input of all clients into the Capsule Program and update as needed.
  • Ensures that new business leads are identified and move toward sales and new business growth.
  • Develop and maintain communication methods ensuring each branch is operating with the same marketing materials and strategies.
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings and other functions which would promote and lead to maximum marketing strategies.
  • Provide training to ensure a drug free workplace. Maintain any certifications related to Drug Free training requirements.
  • Responsible for managing and continuing an ongoing market campaign via direct mail, email, in person meetings, etc. Keeps abreast of new market trends to remain competitive.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Will work closely with the marketing team to collaborate and implement new market strategies and trends.
  • Identify and submit ideas for improvement.
  • Responsible for overall management of Client Relationships.
  • Attending monthly meetings with branch and corporate staff and conduct the same when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the Client Database, ensuring management is informed on the same.
Requirements
  • Overseeing Marketing strategies to develop and maximize business. Stay abreast of Marketing trends and strategies.
  • Approachable nature with Administrative and Clinical Staff
  • Position Type and Expected Work Hours:
  • Supervisory/Work Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing Marketing initiatives and tracking progress.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm but may require hours outside of these time as business and patient needs dictate.
  • Possess a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Experience: Two plus years’ of experience in multi-site medical setting strongly preferred.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Possess a strong desire to lead and drive success.
  • Position requires traveling by car to clinic and meeting sites, standing, walking, sitting at a desk for periods of time.
  • Must be a critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Education: BS Degree or Associates Degree with three years’ marketing experience in a medical setting strongly preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Travel: Periodic travel to branch sites is required for this position. Travel for educational or business purposes is limited and only as necessary.
  • Possess high ethical standards carrying out responsibilities with integrity, honesty and loyalty.

  • Must be US Citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the US.
