Medical Scheduler/ Front Office Receptionist needed for busy Foot and Ankle Specialist Office. Great opportunity to join an upscale and fast-paced medical office with great reviews and great staff!


Summary


Medical Front Office, entry level medical school graduates are welcome to apply!!


Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE


Location: Mission Valley area - San Diego, CA


Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Full Time 1 hour for lunch


Job Type: Full-time


Dress attire: Scrubs


Duties


  • Good phone etiquette
  • Insurance verification and collection of co-pays
  • Scanning
  • Enter and update all patient demographics
  • Take detailed and accurate messages
  • Answering telephones
  • Scheduling, check in and check out duties
  • Knowledge of HMO/PPO Insurance plans
  • Enter patient demographics, should have computer skills
  • Greet patients upon arrival and check in according to protocol
  • Assist check out with scheduling diagnostic imaging studies and coordinate lab work
