Responsibilities

• Handle escalations and assist with life events or dependent documentation
• Work with senior representative for processing needs
• Perform data entry and update benefits policies
• Review incoming documentation for benefits enrollment
• Communicate with clients/vendors via phone, email, and text
• Maintain daily documentation

Skills

• Organizational skills for filing and documentation
• Ability to follow up and be responsive
• Telephone etiquette
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with benefits enrollment and administration
• Proficient in basic software skills and data entry
• Understanding of insurance benefits and ERISA
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of CRM systems

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
