Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Process pay card application requests and input card information into the database
  • Ensure the security of personally identifiable information (PII) to prevent theft
  • Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to maintain tax integrity
  • Update enrollments, policies, and rates
  • Update client and company-level information changes to maintain accurate account information
  • Input and load client employee payroll information accurately and efficiently
  • Process client Time Off Accrual adjustments and new policy information
  • Renew health and benefits plans


Qualifications


  • Prior industry-related data entry experience
  • Currently pursuing an Associate/Bachelor's Degree
  • High School Diploma required


Additional Information


  • This is a part-time and remote position
  • Applicants must be located in New York or Florida
  • College students can work 20-24 hours during the semester and 35-40 hours during winter break.
  • Hours are Monday-Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility
