We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our medical practice full time in Westminster, CO.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, positive, organized with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. If you find great satisfaction in helping others and are willing to go out of your way to be of service, then we want to hear from you! Must possess team leadership skills, computer/typing proficiency, and have great oral and written communication skills.

Duties
Greet patients, maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere, decorating the office
Focus on scheduling patients, maintaining office flow, track patients care plans, and take payments
Communication with patients about finances, accountability, conversations focused on health
Guide patients -assist in signups and marketing for events and Advanced Workshops
Coordinate re-exams, maintain files, general clerical duties, make and receive office calls
Contact corporations about setting up Lunch and Learns
Marketing, creating posts on social media, designing flyers
Work local events at our booth to spread the message of health and grow the amount of people who understand the importance of chiropractic
Prepare for and attend Workshops, events, and seminars (out of state) throughout the year
Travel is required, which may include some weekends
Qualifications
Team leadership skills
Computer/data entry and phone proficiency
Comfortable speaking in large crowds/marketing
Medical or clinical research background a plus
Well organized and can multitask
Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred
Salary (range)
$20-$22 per hour

38-40 hrs per week
